Shipping Policy — India

Shipping is free on all orders of Rs 25,000 and above, delivered anywhere in India.

Orders below Rs 25,000 carry a flat shipping fee of Rs 500, regardless of destination within India. The shipping charge is shown as a separate line in your cart and at checkout before you pay, and is added to your order total.

Orders are dispatched the same business day when payment is received and cleared by 3:00 PM IST. Orders placed or cleared after 3:00 PM IST are dispatched the next business day.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Large or freight items (such as rooftop tents) may need additional handling time, which is communicated to you after the order is placed.

We deliver pan-India. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Metro cities are typically faster; remote, rural and hill regions can take longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates from our courier partners and are not guaranteed dates. Factors outside our control — weather, regional restrictions, strikes or carrier delays — can extend them. [Exact remote-area delivery timelines: to be confirmed.]

Once your order is dispatched, we share a tracking link and reference number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door. For freight items, our team coordinates the delivery schedule with you directly.
