Cancellation Policy — International

International orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch, for a full refund. Contact us with your order number to cancel.

Once an international order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is handled under our International Returns & Refunds policy. Note that, on a return, return shipping and any duties are the customer's responsibility.

Made-to-order and custom items can be cancelled only within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production has begun and they cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your bank or card provider's processing time.
